Technology and Engineering

"The principal goal of education is to create men and women who are capable of doing new things, not simply repeating what other generations have done." —Jean Piaget

The Digital Age is changing the way children interact with the world around them. We are living through unprecedented times when the amount of information being circulated and new technologies being developed are changing the way we live, work, and relate to each other. Our children have access to new and exciting ways to create, connect, and express themselves, however it’s critical that we as parents and teachers help lead them through these experiences so that they know how to be safe, make good decisions, and continue to keep open and honest dialogue with us along the way. Playful Learning offers a variety of programs that teach specific technology tools and programs, as well as how to deal with the social & emotional side of technology use.
